The SDF High-Temperature Welded Check Valve Series represents a premier tier of industrial non-return piping components, purpose-built to prevent catastrophic fluid backflow in extreme-pressure and high-velocity thermal environments. This series is heavily utilized as an extraction check valve—serving as a critical frontline shield for turbine systems, main steam lines, and high-pressure boiler feed loops in modern thermal power plants.

By utilizing a high-integrity welded end design instead of traditional bolted flange joints, this valve series completely mitigates the risks of thermal-shock-induced gasket relaxation and fugitive emissions. When forward fluid velocity drops, the internal swing disc responds immediately, pivoting smoothly onto the body seat under gravity and backpressure to isolate the upstream line.
