With the global energy structure constantly evolving towards cleaner and lower-carbon options, the natural gas industry has maintained rapid growth in recent years. The demand for industrial valves in areas such as natural gas transmission, storage and transportation, peak shaving, and air separation equipment has also continued to rise. Compared with traditional industrial conditions, the natural gas industry has higher requirements for the sealing performance, safety and stability, and automation control capabilities of valve products, especially in high-pressure transmission, continuous operation, and complex working conditions. In recent years, we have continuously increased our investment in the field of natural gas and cryogenic valves, focusing on expanding the related markets such as liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen, ethylene and cryogenic transportation of natural gas. We have also carried out joint development with natural gas satellite stations, air separation equipment manufacturers, cryogenic storage tank enterprises, etc., gradually forming a valve solution covering the natural gas transmission, storage and transportation, as well as terminal application systems.
The working conditions in the natural gas industry are rather special, and there are very strict requirements for the stability of valve materials, sealing structure, and leakage control capability. Especially in low-temperature transmission systems, ordinary industrial valves are prone to material embrittlement and sealing failure due to temperature changes. Therefore, we continuously enhance our R&D and testing capabilities for low-temperature valves, optimizing and upgrading the valve body structure, valve stem design, and sealing performance under cryogenic environments. To meet industry demands, we have added a deep cryogenic testing device ranging from -196°C to -29°C and upgraded the spray cooling system to achieve precise control of test temperatures, ensuring test accuracy while effectively reducing test costs.
Meanwhile, we have also comprehensively upgraded the low-temperature testing system, including optimizing the pressurization system, adding a helium gas recovery system, and introducing an automatic leakage rate determination function. This has further enhanced the sealing reliability of the product under low-temperature conditions. These technical capabilities enable our products to be better applied in key application scenarios such as natural gas transmission systems, cryogenic storage tanks, tanker equipment, and air separation systems.
In addition to traditional valve products, we are also continuously making strategic investments in the field of intelligent control. As the degree of automation in the natural gas industry keeps rising, the significance of intelligent positioners and intelligent control systems is becoming increasingly prominent. Currently, the international industrial control market has long been dominated by European and American brands. Therefore, we are collaborating with international technical teams to develop intelligent valve positioners and have established a research and development team in Singapore, focusing on breakthroughs in key areas such as current pressure converters, pneumatic amplifiers, feedback systems, and industrial communication technologies.
In terms of project services, we have always adhered to a rapid response mechanism. The company has explicitly committed to a service promise of "responding within 4 hours and arriving on-site within 48 hours", ensuring that natural gas projects can receive timely technical support during installation, commissioning and operation. Due to the extremely high safety requirements in the natural gas industry, we place even greater emphasis on full life-cycle services for our products.
